Jacqueline joined EPO in 2003 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She is also a Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and Resolution (formerly Solicitors’ Family Law Association).
Jacqueline is highly experienced in family law, specifically advising in high net worth ancillary relief disputes in divorce and relationship breakdowns, both for civil partners and co-habitees.
She also advises on living together/cohabitation, civil partnerships and pre-nuptial agreements.In addition, Jacqueline deals with matters under the Children Act for financial and property relief, and in cases involving child residence and contact disputes upon relationship breakdowns. A large portion of Jacqueline’s work is referred to her by personal recommendation from both former clients and legal and financial professionals alike.
Jackie enjoys the gym, reading and the theatre.
