York joined Eddowes Perry and Osbourne in January 2009 as a paralegal specialising in employment law. She used to live and work in Lincolnshire, where she developed her interest in employment matters. York advises employers and employees alike on a range of matters including breach of contract, disciplinary and grievance procedures, unfair dismissal, and discrimination issues.
As well as handling contentious matters, York also advises on non contentious matters and frequently drafts compromise agreements and contracts of employment for employers.
In her spare time, York enjoys rock climbing, spinning, cooking and reading.
