Anthony is a director of EPO and in a career spanning 30 years Anthony has practised in nearly all areas of law including conveyancing, probate and criminal work in which he acted for both the defence and prosecution. However, over the past 10 years he has specialized in civil litigation covering a wide range of matters including personal injury, commercial disputes, defamation, property/boundary disputes, debt recovery, consumer rights, landlord and tenant, bankruptcy and inheritance claims. He also has many years experience of matrimonial and employment matters. Anthony has been involved in a number of cases in the Court of Appeal and was the conducting solicitors in the leading House of Lords case of the Parochial Church Council of Aston Cantlow –v- Wallbank which received nationwide television, radio and newspaper coverage.
Anthony is married with four children and in his spare time enjoys squash and cycling. |
